The kingdom of Israel witnessed a decline after the golden age of Solomon; the seeds of this decay were sown in Solomon’s wrong choices. Rehoboam’s rude response to the requests of his subjects led to the kingdom of splitting into two; all the kings of the northern kingdom of Israel were motivated by personal ambition and had no commitment to Jehovah.In particular, Ahab, spurred by his wife Jezebel, filled the land with Baal worship, and all its accompanying immorality. The lives of the kings are a negative example for us, to illustrate how not to make choices, and how we cannot avoid the consequences of our choices.

Citing Biblical incidents in the Old and New Testament chronologically , Br Johnny speaks of the significance of each place visited during the tour. But at the end, Br Johny doesn’t fall short of emphatically explaining the lessons that God is teaching through this tiny nation and how some prophecies spoken about this nation have been fulfilled after 2500 years.
